Looking down the stainless steel railing towards the rounded white pump house building and out to sea. On the right of the railing, there is the raised concrete concourse and the green-blue water of the main ocean pool. On the left, the concrete wall slants down to where the incoming tide has totally covered the natural rock platform. Further out, there's a line of white where the waves break on the edge of the hidden rocks. The sky is full of mostly grey clouds.

The sun came out by the time i'd finished my swim, changed and grabbed coffee. Cafe was chockers so found a nice spot at a shaded picnic table. #coffee #MerewetherBeach #NewcastleNSW #ocean #beach
