Condemning the Israeli Govt - the leadership of a rogue state committing genocide - is not antisemitism.

That said, targetting Jewish households in Australia makes as much sense as punching bank tellers to protest interest rates. None. It's fucking stupid and entirely counter-productive.

Terrifying innocent people on the basis of their ethnicity, religion or both is wrong.

Legitimate targets of protest include political figures that actively support the Gaza Genocide such as Peter Dutton MP and Senator James Paterson, the Israeli Embassy in Yarralumla, Canberra and Australians who enlist as foreign fighters and allegedly commit war crimes as members of the Israel Defense Force, along with organisations that facilitate such actions.

it's this *deliberate* blurring of the difference between the government of Israel and its supporters (in which I include settler-colonisers) and the common people of Israel that allows the Israeli government - as close to textbook fascists and colonists as you can get - to continue to get away with their crimes.
Other governments, continuing to refuse to do anything of substance because their people were dreadfully persecuted 80-odd years ago, is a part of the blurring. They are complicit.

I think we've crossed the line and Netenyahu is engaged in electoral interference in the 2025 Australia Federal election. Remembering that both Lukid and the Liberals are members of a right wing parties alliance, the ironically named, International Democracy Union (IDU).
