I have to admit, I wasn't prepared for this bit of #goodnews the other day.
Although it initially looked as if hardly anyone would buy my new album, I've actually made €343.91 in the last 4 months.
Which is most likely because 1) my open letter to Mikey Shulman brought me a bit of attention, and 2) even though #malershüs wasn't as well received as my last album, many of those who bought it apparently realized that I'm doing nice stuff and bought my entire back catalogue. 😮

As many of you know, all proceeds from my recordings go to "Tara Tierhilfe e.V.", an animal #sanctuary near Cologne, Germany, which is home to more than 70 horses, goats, sheep, donkeys and pigs.
Being able to make this contribution for me is the difference between continuing to release music on #bandcamp or leaving it.
