Literal whitewash would mean buckets of bad publicity for Trump, slippery streets, and a ready canvas for DC's best street artists

Haven't yet heard about any pushback. DC needs funds for new stadium and there has been threats to take over DC government.

A stadium is NOT what they need. They already wasted millions on a baseball stadium that destroyed a Gay neighborhood 19 years ago. I have NOT forgotten that, DC's yuppies can stick their stadium dreams where the sun doesn't shine.

Money spend on professional sports stadiums is never fully recovered, its all about ego. Bad investment, which is why they don't go to the banks instead for it. "Not a bankable proposition."

The takeover threat is real but appeasement never works. Ask the Czechs about 1937...
