In the meantime, any folks involved in FOSS communities open to an interview? I want to explore more about the human side of FOSS communities, and intend on publishing interviews to a new blog project I'm starting (Fosset).

I come from a tech, compsci, FOSS, and journalism background, so no matter what your involvement in FOSS, you're in good hands :)
