Will #Israel & #Hamas reach an agreement to end the #IsraelHamasWar ?

I fear more likely a repeat of the 1980 #IranHostage deal for which Jimmy Carter's administration negotiated & did the heavy lifting for, only to have #Iran wait to release the hostages til Reagan was inaugurated.

Hope I'm wrong, but cynical times breed cynicism
