Bc the NHS has been hollowed out through privatisation, it only offers surface level care which is useless to the complex conditions ppl like me now suffer with due to years of neglect by the state. What is needed is a ban on private companies in public services, and forcing big corporations and the rich to pay back the looting of public services.
