The #Press must take steps to not become complicit in disseminating #Trump's constant #disinformation / #misinformation. He'll just double-down if you let him. The Press needs to correct him, in real time, right after he spews out his BS, and then proceed to a follow-up question. He needs to be challenged live, on the air, so his minions can watch it all play out on TV

Do not obey in advance. Most of the power of authoritarianism is freely given. In times like these, individuals think ahead about what a more repressive government will want and then offer themselves without being asked. A citizen who adapts in this way is teaching power what it can do.
