Nova Scotia Fire/Emergency/Info A test of the emergency alert system will occur throughout the day on Wednesday, November 20th, across the country, excluding Quebec. In Nova Scotia, the test will take place at 1:55 PM , and in New Brunswick, it will occur earlier in the day. Emergency Alert notifications will be received on Cell Phones, Televisions, and Radios at the specified time on Wednesday. AGAIN NOTE, this is only a test.
