Two years ago I wrote a piece on abandoned seafarers for @NWBylines, now the issue has re-emerged in the Guardian
As I concluded then 'We are not all seafarers yet, but the direction of travel in employment relations points towards their plight, not away from it'! and little has changed requiring me to change that conclusion!
