Police unlawfully spying on British journalists (again)

The Met and PSNI (and no doubt other forces) have been found spying on journalists in order to be able to shut down stories that they believe are unfavourable to the forces. Will anyone be found accountable or are the surveillance orders all signed 'Donald Duck'?
