Granddaughter has gone home. I told her Mum I’d drop her off after she finished work instead of her driving all the way up to mine again. Mind you it did mean I had to drive down to her place instead 😅. Quite a successful day I think. Miss 7 gave me a big hug & said she had fun. At the park she went on the flying fox (so did I 😃), climbed a big rope structure way too high (I didn’t) & went up another structure that led to a curly closed in slide (I couldn’t fit 🙁). Her Mum told me that she’d said to her that she likes going to Grandmas as I know a lot of things, I have a lot of facts. Her Mum said it was because I’d been around a long time 😂 (thanks dear daughter). I told Miss 7 that yes I did know a lot of facts & have to tell her so that she can remember & give me room in my brain to learn new ones 👍🏼. All in all, I enjoyed today, but I do think she was glad to go home. I do it all again early in the New Year, different plans for that day. #Grandchild #FunDay #I’mTired
