Claire Hanna is one very smart politician. She’s also extremely popular in her constituency, having increased her vote as an MP in the recent General Election.
She’s now the leader of the SDLP, and going on this, it looks like she will lead in the style of the late John Hume, where talking and engagement with everyone matters. She also takes no nonsense from the DUP/TUV.
