Rosalino has worked harvesting lettuce hearts for 15 years. "l get up at 4am daily to be able to get to the field and begin work at 6am. My crew is made up of around 38 workers and we harvest around 1,800 to 2,000 boxes a 8-9 hr day." #WeFeedYou

Jesus has worked in Yakima WAs apple harvest for 20+ years. "It is very tiring work. I carry a heavy bag that I put the apples in. I must carry it up and down tall ladders as I harvest the apples. I have to be careful because it is very dangerous as one can fall." #WeFeedYou

Farmworkers in Oxnard CA harvested marigolds just in time for #DiaDeLosMuertos. The marigold is sometimes called Flor de Muerto ('Flower of Dead'). These flowers are thought to attract souls of the dead to the offerings and ensure eternal peace. #WeFeedYou
