The 1 day trend is negative. The 5 day trend is positive. The one year trend is slightly neg. the 5 year is overwhelmingly positive.

Therefore internal changes to the 5 year strategy vis-a-vis the one year trend will be to reinforce existing spending patterns and ignore the outlier data as external influence beyond their control.

Expect no changes to corporate investing patterns. Make of that reaction what you will.

Any corporate tax breaks go directly to stock buy-backs.

That's the corporate behavior.

And they are expecting more of the same under the Cheeto Fuhrer, so why would their strategy change? They will keep dumping money into both buybacks and AI.

The corporate strategy will remain institutional until enough stock value is transferred overseas.

Then Republicans will simply point fingers elsewhere.
