I've not seen any resignations, but there've been a few (and only a few) saying they won't vote for it. Mind you, the vote's not going to be until May at the earliest, so there's plenty of time for arm twisting and threats.

Ah, see - that's the six million dollar question, isn't it. I think only one has explicitly said he'd vote against, the others were just "not for". I've seen figures in the press of 40+ but that's just the usual tittle tattle innit?
