Ruins of a dairy, cannery and other farm buildings at the former Northern State Asylum, where those judged insane and other outcasts in northwestern Washington were sent 1912-73. The idea was rehab via agricultural work therapy. Truly creepy feeling place. Partially a park now. https://www.seattletimes.com/pacific-nw-magazine/an-old-mental-institution-and-its-cemetery-might-get-a-dignified-makeover/ #Hiking #GetOutside
Ruins of a farm complex with quaint belfries along one dairy building, apparently a cannery on the other side. All under skies of blue and billowy clouds.
An old building for cows with a silo at its end, tge main structure painted light yellow and the roof corrugated metal, now rusty.
Deteriorating concrete silo at the end of a cow barn.
Hollow interior of a milking barn with graffiti on tge floor and a roof supported by heave wood beam.

looks like somewhere @AbandonedAmerica might like.
I’d prefer he not use my (copyrighted) photos. It is a public place though, he can go there. 🙂
No need to worry, Greg. The only photos I post are my own.
