The court statement said that Netanyahu & Gallant “each bear criminal responsibility as co-perpetrators:

* the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare;

* crimes against humanity of murder, persecution, & other inhumane acts.”

The warrants remain classified in part to protect witnesses, but the court released some information because similar Israeli conduct "appears to be ongoing."
