🇮🇱 The majority of Palestinian prisoners were arrested under a quasi-judicial process, in which they are initially detained for six months. Their detention can then be repeatedly extended indefinitely without any charges or trial.

Most Palestinians, are tried in military courts and sentenced to long prison terms, which critics describe as sham trials. In many cases the Palestinians have no defense lawyers and no due process.
