But it seems that European politicians are not able to think through the answers to these questions, otherwise they would say something different or remain silent. Europe's economy is not able to arm itself, but it was the case before World War II, then the money came from across the puddle. But this time the money will not come, European suicide will happen faster than last time.

@kuchinster yes, it's a pity I have grown fond of many of them. Hopefully a remnant may remain to reinvigorate, the once great culture that sparked invention, discovery and rebellion in men.

@techriot Posting with Hubzilla Well on the account of "inventions"" of European barbarians I would not be very upset, most of the knowledge that has come down to us from the Europeans, the ancient Greeks, is the knowledge of ancient Mesopotamia, Persia, India, China and other Asians.

@kuchinster I'm aware, however, the Europeans did add their own flavors to many of the devices already in use, which is a form of invention or creativity.
