Billionaires taking political power. Fighting back by going together to our co-owned social network.
Today is a sad day for me, and I'd say for most people, as billionaires take the US presidency. Elon Musk took a smart step two years ago buying Twitter and converting it into his personal political media platform. Last year Musk put his money and his social network on Trump and helped him win the US elections.
This year Zuckerberg followed Musk's example, eliminating the moderation teams at Instagram, Threads and Facebook, allowing and encouraging hate speech, intolerance, discrimination, anti-trans, LGTBQ and anti-immigrant messages to go viral without limits. Their vision of "free speech"; their political agenda of polarisation, which has been proven to be most profit maximising, and advancing their agenda of deregulation and pro-billionaire policies.
