I never thought that #usaid cuts could be so far reaching. I didn’t realize that USAID was important for emergency responses like the huge #earthquake in #myanmar.
I heard my friends and former colleagues are safe but the devastation is mind boggling and the need for external aid essential. I am hoping the #eu can help as the US response is too slow. @SolenedeM
