yes, I think that's right - he's flattered by it. I'm pretty sure Muskrat wants to be the villain. He seems to be going out of his way to invite it. I expect he looks to science-fiction examples of autocratic inhumane oppressive oligarchs as an actual life-goal. He actively wants to be those people, and is very much working to achieve that. So now we basically have a white slavery-rich colonial South African apartheid Nazi oligarch takeover of the US government... and you can call him all these words, as if they should be insults... like he should be ashamed... but he'll wear them with pride.

I doubt words and politics are useful weapons against what's happening the US any more.
