This week I have been working on Habbet Binn / Coffee Bean | حبة بن from Gaza and Jaffa (maybe). I'm using brown thread. I got the pattern from this amazing resource:

Close up photo of a strip of black aida cloth 11 count fabric that has two iterations of the Habbat Binn / Coffee Beans tatreez motif cross-stitched onto it in brown thread. The motif has a centre stem with leaves branching of left and right symmetrical to each other.

The cloth is propped against a white and black keffiyeh used as a background.
The black aida cloth in the previous image has been flipped over to show the back of the stitching, which is fairly neat for a beginner's second piece! The tails are bound to the back by cross-stitches along a line instead of being tied off.
