US media and their audiences.

In an article by Jonathan #Stray, senior scientist at the UC Berkeley Center for Human-Compatible AI, I saw this chart that positions US Media across a line that goes from a far liberal audience to a far conservative one.

If you are interested in US media, it is a worthwhile map.

The image is a chart titled "Average audience placement of each news outlet based on party and ideology."

It shows the average party and ideological self-placement of people who got political and election news from each source in the past week.

The chart is a horizontal line with labels indicating political leanings, from "Audience is more liberal/Democrat/Lean Dem" on the left to "Audience is more conservative/Republican/Lean Rep" on the right.

News outlets are placed along this line according to their audience's average political leanings.

The "Average U.S. Adult" is marked near the center of the chart.
