We left the march before the arrests because standing on cold concrete isn't pleasant

On our way through Trafalgar Square, I took a few photos of *some* of the police presence in the area.

Far more police present that day than other marches. Either the #MetropolitanPolice expected violence from peaceful protesters or their aim was to incite violence.

#JonathanCook says it's a smear to end the marches

The thing is, the organisers of these marches follow all the rules set by the police, even the inevitable last minute changes the police unnecessarily impose.

It's the police who break the rules. It's the police who try to incite violence - but did not get any from the peaceful protesters.

No surprises that the actual criminals are the police.
