on ABC Canberra breakfast this morning Sarah Henderson was quizzed on why the coalition is blocking the move to cut numbers of international students. It was clear from her response that the issue they have with it is that the cuts are targeting the wrong institutions - Labor are trying to "knee-cap" the private providers. She wants bigger cuts but not to the private sector.
