It's interesting that Ghost (1990) was directed by Jerry Zucker, but actually, it is mostly comedy. It's a comedy film with some romance parts.

It's hard to say how good Zucker's directing is, because he made mostly comedies, but I think part of the success is that the acting is pretty good for most characters.

Whoopi Goldberg makes the movie worth watching, and is by far the best part, but Demi Moore is really good too, even though most of what she does is look sad and cry.

I watched an hour and a half of Ghost with Patrick Swayze.

It's a bit of a bland storyline, but a fairly well constructed story.

But the reason to watch this movie is to see the Whoopi Goldberg parts. She is absolutely brilliant and her character could have so easily been crappy if someone lesser had played it.

Watched #TBOSAS (the new #HungerGames movie) and here are my spoiler-free thoughts:

- It was actually a good movie. Way better than I expected based on book reviews. It made a concise point that was well done and much needed.

- Every line written for Flickerman was pure gold. It made him way more disturbing than any of the villains.

- Hunter Schafer is stellar

- The music was pretty good, and Rachel Zegler delivered it
