No swim this morning. Physio appt to check out a sore finger. Most likely arthritis in my finger but getting it looked at seemed a good idea just in case it's doing something special.

Now have to get an x-ray. And it's an hour wait at the nearest place. So they said to come back then. Means i can't go far. Trying to salvage some me time with an early lunch at a nearby cafe. Hoping to get a park walk in later but also have other errands so may not work out.
