Meiner Meinung nach alles Folgen von #Enshittification. Bin auch wieder dazu übergegangen Medien (Filme, Serien, Musik) Second Hand Retail zu kaufen und dann per #Jellyfin im Heimnetzwerk zu streamen.

Gibt es eigentlich so etwas Ähnliches wie einen #FireTV Stick nur ohne Anbieterzwang und als #OpenSource Lösung. Der Gedanke ist der, dass ein dort installiertes #Jellyfin den Dienst verrichten soll und vielleicht noch die eine oder andere Mediathek. Mehr nicht.
Für so etwas braucht man ja nicht unbedingt einen #RasüberryPi mit #Kodi oder #Libreelec.

Edit: solved to my satisfaction in less than half an hour!
Any #jellyfin nerds out there know why a newly-added film might be visible to one user with access to a library but not to another? Does it matter that the admin user is the one that can see it?
I cleared caches and all sorts of things. Infuriating bug, not least because I now have try and knead the pizza dough instead of sneaking some work/study in this hour or so.
