Does anybody know if UK government "Special Mission Immunity Certificates” such as that granted to the IDF Chief of Staff permitting him to enter the UK *after* ICC arrest warrants were issued for Netanyahu and Gallant would protect the Israeli PM and former defence minister from arrest in the UK?
