I think I have removed all the Wayland bits that I can from my Debian OS. I don't need stuff I do not use on my system. I tried Wayland the other day and some of my programs didn't even work. That was the last straw. #Debian #Wayland #X11 #XWindows

Tumbleweed now offers #Wayland support for #LXQt! 🎉 Try it with #Labwc, #KWin, #Wayfire, #Hyprland & more. Experimental but exciting! #openSUSE #OpenSource https://9to5linux.com/opensuse-tumbleweed-now-offers-wayland-support-for-the-lxqt-desktop

When I open a new terminal, I really like it if it automatically has the same working directory as the currently focused one.

On Xorg, I used a little tool called `xcwd` to tell me what that working directory is, but it doesn't work on #Wayland.

So I wrote my own one! ✨ I called it `ycwd`, and it sparks a lot of joy for me! :)

There is an app that struggles when running on #wayland. It also does not like #LinuxMobile phones. Ironically, I had advocated in favor of its usage for years.
