Summer really, really wanted to hit the wilds of Humboldt County today. Feel the wind in her fur and the mud in her paws.
I wasn't feeling it.
The wind and rain are fierce and not likely to stop until tomorrow.
So, it's inside games or no games.
Once she weighed her options, she got her toys, and headed for the stairs.
We did have fun.
My husband teased that I was retrieving the toys more than the dog. That's how this game plays out sometimes.
I do love Summer to the moon and back. I hope it's mutual.
