Morning run/walk

An old favourite. Ruberslaw from Hassendean. We ran there and up, but an icy path [ersuaded me to take it rather more carefully until back onto the road . Chilly, I was not warm for 4k and my feet another 4 after that. The dug was delighted.

16.5k, 9k road, 7.5 trails (the return bit of that was walked).
