Morning Run

The light at this time of the year can be so lovely in Northern Britain. We spent the night in Cumbria and got out above Shap on the old 'concrete road', returning alongside the A6 (not as bad as you might think). 15k, cold with some ice but a fast surface.

Ju7st the hound and self, along with a small terrier we picked up en route (and took back). Partner a little under the weather, Mum asleep and my sister - well it was early!
