A square photo of a river and trees during snow. It looks black and white, and although it has been tweaked slightly for effect, even the original was devoid of any colour. The river, which covers the entire width of the photo at the bottom then splits into two halfway up, is dark grey. The land either side and in the central split is covered in snow. There is a line of trees in the distance, faint in the snow. There are also mountains behind, but these are totally obscured by cloud and falling snow. The photo is dappled with flakes falling.

This is not a photo from today, as despite all the news of snowfall across the UK we are clear. I was just feeling a bit left out so found an old one to join in.

I think I have the same framing once the snow had stopped falling, I might need to try and find it for the contrast.
