Since #Israel signed the #Gaza ceasefire deal on 19 January 2025 and added offensive action in the West Bank to its official “war objectives”, the military has escalated its invasions of cities and villages across the #WestBank. According to #UNRWA, this has led to the displacement of about 40,000 #Palestinians from their home. According to the Israeli Minister of Defense, they will not be allowed to return for a least a year – raising concern that the situation may become permanent.
