Fuck Breitbart. Most of it's bullshit, unlike politico which is only bs some of the time. I did the research and you have my findings. Breitbart makes an assumption that, currently, has no factual support. There are USAID Contractors not being paid, but afaict they're businesses and ngos with overseas projects...
