The great wide open?

On Friendica, I've found dozens of post discussing who owns #Bluesky. Weird, I'm not interested in. I'm searching for an open web with open minded people. And as far as I could say, those people on Bluesky are open minded.

I want to enlarge my network. My homebase is and stays my personal #blog. It is connected via #ActivityPub to Mastodon. And it is connected via #Bridgy to Bluesky. Both with seperate accounts which is not the best solution, but it works.

Now, that I have accounts here at #Friendica and #Pixelfed, I naively thought by myself that there is a possibility to automatically share my blog posts at least here. And I thought by myself that I can easily connect Bluesky and those Fediverse things. At the moment, I only see the chance to follow myself on Friendica, Pixelfed, and Mastodon and vice versa + my Mastodon blog account. But how on earth can I add Bluesky in this construct?

I don't want to spend more time on Social Media, I want to decrease the waste of time. If my blog posts would be automatically shared on my real Mastodon account (not the one for the blog) and on my real Bluesky account (not the one for the blog) and if the Mastodon account would share the posts automatically here, this would be great.

Accounts

Mastodon: @Henning Uhle
Mastodon blog account: @Henning Uhle
Pixelfed: @Henning Uhle
Friendica: @Henning Uhle
Bluesky: @henninguhle.bsky.social
Bluesky blog account: @henning-uhle.eu.web.brid.gy

This has to be easier. Let's see.

On Friendica you can follow your blog and have your account automatically reshare (boost your posts). Since it is AP enabled, then your content should be visible on Mastodon or any other AP-based social network (including Threads once they're fully federated). Just make sure to add the appropriate hashtags for people following them to discover your blog. On Bluesky, I don't know how you can do it. I saw organizations using their own domains to get a presence there, but I really don't know how it works or whether there is anything automated in posting this way, idk.

Edit: this is how it looks on a random Friendica person that I already follow. Go to the contact setting section, and select Native Reshare from the drop-down menu:

Sounds great. Will try it as soon as possible. Thank you very much.
I'm sorry, I could test your suggestion right now. And there is a problem: Where in the section "Contact section" can I find the "Native reshare"? It's not visible for me.

(Yes, the image is also shown badly. You can imagine that this is not the case on my blog)

@Henning Uhle seems like it found your RSS address instead of the AP account. Is this your website? https://www.henning-uhle.eu/ if so, I think you should follow @laberer@www.henning-uhle.eu

@Henning Uhle
Hhm, interesting that it looks a little different here. And yes, I'm following my blog account.

Yes, and this is absolutely weird. What do you think? Unfollow both, the "Laberer" and the "RSS" and then try again just with RSS?
@Henning Uhle I don't have experience with resharing content automatically from RSS pages, although, I heard it's possible (some people made unofficial pages for various news publications this way). I'd follow your AP account (i.e. laberer) and reshare content from there since you already have AP enabled. But you do you. Maybe do some trial and error and see what's better. :D

Ah, so geht das. Vielen lieben Dank.

@Henning Uhle @Henning Uhle Do you know there is a bridge from friendica to bluesky allowing you to read, comment, write from your friendica account to your bluesky account?
Hi Torsten. Yes, I know it. And I use it to do this: https://bsky.app/profile/henning-uhle.eu.web.brid.gy --- But I could not manage to use the bridge between Fediverse and Bluesky.
@Henning Uhle @Henning Uhle Do you have this dialogue in your friendica settings:
If so, the bridge-plugin is installed. If not, your admin has not installed it yet.
Ah, this could be the case. I see the Diaspora, but not Bluesky.

And since I still test Friendica with a seperate account and not my - well - productive account, I could easily switch. I see your instance uses the Bluesky link. So, it could be an idea to move on.
I've already tested this and that instance and have already an account on Friendica.world where Bluesky is active. Will try this: @henninguhle@friendica.world
