NYT is trying to get Vol 2 of #JackSmith's report (MAL/Classified Docs) thru FOIA in this lawsuit. DOJ denied the request on 2/5 & NYT is taking an admin appeal of that decision. If (when) they lose, they will come back to the court to try and get the report. #Trump
