Do you to the gym? I have been considering it. But I hate going out. How do introverts manage this? #health #gym
A summary of findings about working out as an introvert or autistic person.

1. Workout at home, get equipment gradually over time and use workout videos,
2. Run, walk, cycle, swim outdoors,
3. Covid is a real concern in change rooms and indoor situations,
4. If going to a gym, find an old or non-trendy one, people are nicer,
5. If going to a gym, go when it's quiet and use VISIBLE ANC headphones.
