This Swiss chard on my balcony planter is more than 2 years old.

I have harvested #leaves from it at least 9 times and it's time to cut more leaves again to make #vegetable #soup.

Within the topic of (communal) gardening (cc @Miri123 @robconnolly) or cooking, what techniques would you consider most _drastically modern_ while not veering into harmful like #industrialAg or #fastfood?

Hydroponic basil. Sown at the same time. One cube is doing better. I think its because of the grow light variance, so I swapped them over and they’re evening out. I will start dill and coriander cubes on the weekend #hydroponics
