#LionsMane cookup. I left it in the fridge for a week because I was too tired to cook then marinated it about 3 days ago. Again. Migraines, fatigue. It tasted great! 1. I marinated it in a ziplock. Squashed it down to about 2cm - be careful not to break it. Gentle. Left in fridge. 2. What it looks like when I took it out. 3. Cooking, very hot searing cast iron pan. Using a big pancake spatula to press it down while cooking (sse next post for vid) Note: the sugar in the kepan manis in the marinade browned very nicely. 4. Served with tomato and topped with brown butter fried sage leaves. #mushroomGrowing #mushrooms

Served on a green plate with segments of tomato and the mushroom cut open. Fried sage leaves on top.
