Can someone point me to a good guide for Mastodon #newbie folks that goes over how to follow people from other servers and general community rules? I've seen a few but failed to bookmark them and can't find them now.

Pretty pretty please, can someone start (or help me find learning resources to organize) manpages/docs/forums/feeds/wikis/whatever for a #fediverse #n00b / #newbie re: differing federated services - #mastodon #pixelfed #peertube #loops #lemmy etc? Example: do I need to join multiple instances? Can I cross-populate posts in my other feeds?
