Even if you accept the death penaly as 'just and right' (which I do not), the evidence of prosecution fraud and a refusal to reconsider evidence in the light of modern forensics (basic DNA analysis for crying out loud) - this is a stain on America. I won't say humanity just yet, there are a lot of unplesent people out there - they just seem to have a lot more power to abuse and lie in a country that considers itself modern.

🔹روابط‌عمومی دادگستری آذربایجان‌غربی: در دو پروندۀ جداگانه ۴ نفر به اتهام جاسوسی برای رژیم صهیونیستی و همکاری با موساد تحت تعقیب قرار گرفته و با همکاری نهادهای اطلاعاتی و امنیتی پرونده آن‌ها در دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب مرکز استان رسیدگی و با صدور کیفرخواست، پرونده به دادگاه انقلاب ارومیه ارسال شده است.

🔹دو شعبۀ دادگاه انقلاب پس از رسیدگی در یک پرونده ۳ نفر از متهمان اصلی و در پروندۀ دیگر یک نفر متهم را به موجب حکم بدوی به مجازات اعدام محکوم کرده‌اند.

🔹۳ نفر از این متهمان تحت هدایت و حمایت سیستم جاسوسی موساد در انتقال تجهیزات ترور شهید فخری‌زاده به داخل کشور و انتقال به محل ترور نقش داشته و یکی از اقدامات خرابکارانۀ آن‌ها بوده است.
