Good morning Fedi friends & (belated) happy spring!

I feel bad I won't have a new post for #TheFutureIsFederated this week. I had been meaning to write a part 2 about PeerTube after extensive use.

See, I have a pit in my stomach & feel like I'm a bit of a traitor if (for the first time) I don't have enthusiastic things to say about a Fediverse project.

PeerTube is FANTASTIC on paper, it truly is. It's just that I'm struggling a little with real world use - and thus with writing about it 🥲

Saturday, 7am.

I got two coffees in me and I’m about to start tweaking the script for my first video about the Fediverse.

I hope you don’t mind if I share my process with you. I always get such smart feedback and advice.

Pre-sunrise thought: I could eventually turn each article from #TheFutureIsFederated into a video, to introduce people to various Fediverse projects. One video a month seems like an attainable goal.

I'm currently in the process of moving - one post at a time - #TheRealists blog from #GhostIO to #Wordpress. I still adore Ghost... it's just that it makes no sense to pay for 2 accounts. I'm consolidating everything in one place.

- finish reading #NeilPostman’s superb “Building a Bridge to the 18th century”
- chin up, be defiant and resist
