Do I have anyone here who reads #Chinese and can help me with a story?...

Edit: Apparently the text I am looking at is #Cantonese (that helps)

Edit 2: Or #Japanese. I found a Japanese source too. :D

Is it modern or classical Chinese? I read both haltingly and uncertainly and might be able to help, but you'll probably want someone more fluent. If you can't find someone more qualified feel free to @ me.
@bookstodon It's a picture book so characters
@bookstodon Yes, it's a picture book I can mostly follow, but can't quite get the ending without the language. I found a video of someone reading it:

Hello.
Can I just check something please.

I got 8 notifications of your edit and was wondering if that was a servier glitch or if you really did 8 edits in a row.

Just wanted to be sure before I spoke to the admin here.

Thank you.

Oh, I am Cantonese, but I have no reading or writing ability in the language and only spoken vocabulary up to the age of about 5 years. It makes me speak like a child when I have to use it.
@bookstodon I did edits, but not 8 times... I think I did 3. Sorry about that!
@bookstodon
Oh, not your fault.
recently my notifications has been filling up with dozens of edit notifications, like with yours, one or two edits and I get loads of notifications for each one.

Thank you, I will ask Admin what is going on.

Apparently Apple translate can read it:
