I'm in Pensacola, not far from there.
Can confirm, it's cold.
I have on 2 sweaters, a coat, half gloves and a very warm robe over all of it.
Granted, I'm sitting outside on the porch smoking with coffee and years of living here has killed my cold resistance.
But a real feel of 22 with 30mph gusts is pretty chilly in anyone's books.
