lol it's the car that takes the blood from the blood bank to the hospitals. It's a sort of emergency vehicle, hence the sirens.

I like those little cars, too! They are not so common in Germany where I live, but sometimes one can see something similar here. My best liking goes to the blood bikers of the UK, they rock! 🤘
