Never trust an orange cat. I went outside to do chores &* left Auriel MurderPaws, cream-orange tabby alone inside. While sitting on bench, enjoying views after digging flower beds &* moving wood, I heard loud, echoing crash. I rightly guessed (when I went into study) that she knocked off the small brass vase. Luckily there was nothing around to be broken that was not already broken. No matter what, I still have to put away anything that can be knocked off or under furniture.

Offered some butter to my cat this weekend. He didn't turn his nose up at it. Usually he doesn't want anything that I'm eating, except chicken nuggets.
